Auckland lawyer Ian McCombe has more than 40 years of experience in providing pragmatic solutions for clients' property issues. He has a broad background in all aspects of property law, including leasing, sales and purchases, due diligence on single properties and major portfolios, rural property and related farming agreements.

For many years Ian has advised local authority and private commercial clients on property matters arising out of resource management applications and consents, Local Government Act, Reserves Act, Public Works Act and similar issues, including reviewing and preparing documentation where complex subdivision issues arise, and easements, bonds, consent notices, and covenants are required. Ian also provides advice on all aspects of property law for major infrastructure projects undertaken by public bodies and other clients.
