Rowan Ashton

Rowan specialises in resource management and environmental law.  He has experience in a diverse range of matters concerning urban and land development, natural resources, plan making processes and policy, enforcement, judicial review, public works, land valuation, liquor licensing, and local government law.

 

Rowan regularly represents private and public sector clients before hearings commissioners, courts, and tribunals throughout New Zealand.

 

Prior to joining Brookfields in 2019, Rowan worked in a barrister's chambers and a boutique firm specialising in environmental law.
