A seasoned regulatory practitioner having worked for over a decade at Aotearoa’s largest local authority, Shamika is passionate about guiding success for her clients in matters spanning all aspects of:

· Building Act; and

· Dog Control.

Before joining Brookfields, she honed her legal skills at a boutique firm specialising in all things local government, appearing in the District Court, the Environment Court, and the High Court.
