Brookfields is committed to protecting the health and safety of its clients and staff at this time, while ensuring there is no disruption to our client services.

We are following the practices recommended by the Ministry of Health and have put in place appropriate measures that will be updated as the need arises.  Our aim is to ensure business as normal.

What you should know if considering visiting our office

  • Our office in Queen Street remains open with the normal business hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday;
  • If you have a meeting scheduled in our office and you are unwell or would prefer not to attend in person please ask to speak to us by phone, via email or video conferencing;
  • When you visit us, we will ask you to complete our client register.  If you have recently travelled overseas we will work with you to arrange an alternative meeting forum;
  • We are updating our staff on a daily basis of the health precautions issued by government agencies;
  • We are focused on the cleanliness of our offices and have good stocks of antiseptic wipes and hand sanitisers available throughout our premises, including all entry points to the building - with masks on offer at reception;
  • Any staff feeling unwell or showing any signs of illness have been asked to stay at home and contact Healthline;
  • We have ensured that there is full access to our systems that will allow our staff to work and communicate with our clients from home should that become necessary.
